Who we are

Out Of Charge provides portable power bank rental stations for venues across the United Kingdom. This website is the public marketing site at outofcharge.com. Questions: support@outofcharge.com.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to see how the site is used and to improve it. Before you choose, we count visits without cookies, using a temporary in-memory ID that is gone when you leave the page. If you decline, we stop.

We use PostHog in the EU to understand how the site is used. Before you choose, PostHog runs with an in-memory ID only: nothing is written to cookies or local storage, session replay is off, we do not autocapture clicks, and we do not capture exceptions. We still count page views and named conversion events (for example a venue enquiry or a form thank-you) against that temporary ID.

If you accept, we switch to full tracking: persistence in local storage and a cookie, session replay, autocapture, and exception capture. If you decline, we stop all PostHog capture. The only thing we then store on your device is the choice itself, so we can honour it on the next visit.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer, which brings the choice back.

Forms

Partner, station-request and contact forms are handled by Netlify Forms. We use the details you send to reply about stations and venue partnerships. Do not submit anyone else's personal details unless you have the right to do so. Form notifications go to support@outofcharge.com.
